Terms of Service

• QuickTap is licensed, not sold. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
• One purchase covers every Mac you personally own and use.
• You may not redistribute the app, resell licenses, or share the download link publicly.

• Free updates within the current major version are included for the life of that version.
• Future major versions may be offered as paid upgrades. Existing licenses keep working on the version they were bought for.

Use QuickTapfor any lawful purpose. Don't use it to harm other people's systems, violate laws where you live, or in ways that require approvals you don't have (e.g., on a managed corporate machine without IT's OK).

QuickTapis provided as-is. We work to ship a stable app, but we can't guarantee it will run on every Mac configuration, never crash, or be free of bugs. If it doesn't work for you within 14 days, ask for a refund — that's the simplest path.

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for QuickTap. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost time, or downstream consequences arising from use of the app.

The QuickTap name, the cat-with-laptop mark, the application code, and the content of this website are owned by Tho Le / StartupNo3. You're licensed to use the app — not the brand. Don't pass the app off as your own or use the QuickTap name to imply endorsement.

We can terminate your license if you violate these terms — for example, by redistributing the app or abusing refunds. On termination, stop using the app.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a week. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
